Our land transfer plans are Land Registry compliant and are produced from drawings supplied by you. We can work from existing Title Plans that you have marked on the land that is being transferred or from your very own sketch.
All our land transfer plans display a scaled, accurate and detailed representation of the boundary in full compliance with the land Registry Practice Guide 40.
