Fantastic service from a tower of strength. I was badly let down by another company who did not have a clue and wasted a whole week when I was facing a court deadline for a filing by a certain date. From an initial 'phone call at 08:00hrs, Scott stepped in, fitted me around his other work commitments on the day, produced a very mature first draft by 16:30hrs and finished the drawing substantively by 22:30hrs. Yes, he worked that hard, and that late. After tidying up the notes the following morning with no quibble, Mr Towers saved the day and the filing deadline. I recently employed Scott to finish of a lease plan for my renovated flat. I had previously instructed another company that took 4 months and failed to do the simplest of things. I was introduced to Scott Towers, at Towers Richardson, by a professional counterpart of mine around 12 months ago.  I often need to instruct a variety of plan preparations, including boundary plans, lease plans, and transfer plans etc. Scott is always quick to respond to my requests for quotes, clearly sets-out fee estimates and expected timescales, and always delivers on his advised deadlines. He is amenable, friendly, and available by email/telephone to clarify any instructional points requiring clarity.  If he is unavailable because he is out on a site visit/survey, he is always quick to come back to me and advise that he will respond just as soon as he is able, and then always responds within the advised timescale.
